Awwww Snap, Lemon Gingersnap is one of the most summery flavors we have released to this point. We zest 18 lemons per batch and let the citrus flavor marinade for 24 hours before turning it into a delicious Ice Cream.

This fan favorite is making a comeback after several months out of rotation. It’s one of our most popular gluten free options. Ground peanut butter and marshmallow fluff in our double dark chocolate base.  Enough said.
